Why it matters

Why add PDF search to your Notion site?

Visitors on Notionsites expect to find information fast. If you’re hosting PDFs — guides, contracts, menus, manuals, resource libraries — a search widget lets them find exactly what they need without downloading anything or sending you an email.

Sparks Simple gives your Notion site an embeddable search widget that indexes your PDFs and returns instant, full-text results — right on your page. Clients and visitors stay on your site, find what they need, and stop calling your office asking for documents they should already have.

No portal. No login required from visitors. No custom development. Just paste one line of code.

Notion tip

⚠ Notion's embed block accepts URLs, not raw script tags. You will need to use the hosted widget URL from your Sparks Simple dashboard rather than the standard script embed code. The widget only appears for visitors viewing the published public page — it is not visible in edit mode. Embed functionality requires the Notion page to be publicly shared.
