What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email), dive plan content you and your team enter (sites, objectives, limits, roles, procedures), attachments you upload, and acknowledgment records tied to a specific plan version.
What we do not do
Analytics do not collect dive plan contents, health details, coordinates, or emergency contacts. Attachments and emergency information are private by default and are never exposed through public links without your explicit action.
Guest participants
Guests invited to review a plan see only the plan and fields the organizer shares with them. Guest invitation tokens are scoped to a single plan and participant, are stored securely, and expire.
Your controls
You can export your data and delete your account. Organization owners may retain records required for organizational recordkeeping in line with applicable law.
