From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Pages and open the page you want to edit.

In the content editor toolbar, click the "< >" (Show HTML) button to switch to HTML view.

Shopify tip

If you need the widget in a section that appears site-wide (like the footer or a product page template), add it via the Theme Customizer: Online Store > Themes > Customize. Add a Custom HTML section and paste the embed code there. Some Shopify themes may restrict custom HTML in the page editor — in that case use the Customize route instead.
