Refund Policy

If your report fails to generate, or comes back materially incomplete because of a technical issue on our end, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund it — no hassle.

We can't offer a refund just because the guidelines text you provided was incomplete or unclear, or because the extracted checklist didn't include something the funder's instructions didn't clearly state — that's a limitation of the source material, not a technical failure. If you're not sure whether your situation qualifies, reach out — we'll take a look.

Because Done-for-You Setup involves our team's time, refunds are handled case-by-case and are only available before we begin work on your packet. Once we've started reviewing your guidelines, the setup fee is no longer refundable.

Once available, monthly subscription charges are not refunded for partial billing periods, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
